Recetario de postres – Diabachef

Dieta completa hiperproteica e hipercalórica con mezcla de fibras (80% FOS / 20% celulosa). Específica para el paciente que precise control glucémico gracias a su perfil de hidratos de carbono de absorción lenta, con evidencia clínica demostrada sobre el control glucémico e insulinémico del paciente. Enriquecida en EPA y DHA.

Indicado para el paciente desnutrido o con riesgo de desnutrición, que curse con requerimientos aumentados de proteína/energía, y que precise un control glucémico (diabetes / hiperglucemia de estrés).

Densidad calórica = 1,4 kcal/ml

Sin azúcares simples añadidos.
